Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business address. We also collect payment information (processed securely through Stripe) when you subscribe to a paid plan.
Lead Data: Our Service processes lead information on your behalf, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and messages submitted through your connected lead sources (missed calls, website forms, Google Ads, etc.).
Conversation Data: We store AI-generated and customer-replied text messages, emails, and chat conversations to provide our Service, display them on your dashboard, and improve response quality.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device/browser information.
Integration Data: If you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, CRMs, etc.), we access only the data necessary to provide our features (e.g., calendar availability for appointment booking).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including sending AI-generated text messages and emails on your behalf, booking appointments on your calendar, syncing data with your connected CRM, displaying lead data and analytics on your dashboard, processing payments and managing your subscription, sending you service-related notifications (lead alerts, weekly reports), and providing customer support.
We do not sell your personal information or your leads' personal information to third parties. We do not use your lead data to market to your customers independently.
4. AI-Powered Communications
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and send text messages, emails, and chat responses on behalf of your business. These communications are sent from your business identity (your business name and phone number). We process lead data through our AI system solely to provide you with automated lead follow-up and appointment booking.
AI-generated messages are stored as part of your conversation records and are accessible through your dashboard.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including Twilio (SMS and voice), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Google (calendar integration), and CRM providers you choose to connect. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as necessary to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Pro Marketing Lab, our users, or the public.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure access controls, regular security audits, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data and conversation records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@promarketinglab.com.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, export your lead data at any time from your dashboard, opt out of non-essential communications, and request information about what data we hold about you. 9. SMS and Messaging Consent
How phone numbers are collected. Phone numbers are collected when an end consumer initiates contact with one of our business customers — for example, by calling the business, submitting a contact form on the business's website, or otherwise providing their number while inquiring about services. End consumers' phone numbers are also provided directly by our business customers when they upload or sync existing customer lists.
How phone numbers are used. Phone numbers collected through the Service are used solely to deliver automated text messages on behalf of the business the consumer contacted, including: appointment confirmations, scheduling messages, service follow-ups, and acknowledgments of missed calls. Messages are conversational and respond to the consumer's inquiry. Phone numbers are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our messaging infrastructure provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages on behalf of our business customers.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the consumer's interaction with the business — typically 1 to 5 messages per inquiry. Consumers will not receive promotional or marketing messages unless they have separately opted in to receive them.
Opt out and help. Consumers may opt out of receiving any future text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Confirmation of opt-out will be sent. Replying HELP will return contact information for the business sending the message. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the consumer's wireless carrier and plan.
Carrier compatibility. The Service supports SMS messaging delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Compliance. We comply with all applicable laws and industry regulations governing SMS messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC requirements set by The Campaign Registry (TCR). Each business customer using our Service is independently registered as a messaging brand and approved by U.S. wireless carriers before any SMS messages are sent on their behalf.

Our website uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
